Fee Details
This page explains how WinniePaws' service fee works. We keep the exact percentage here, separate from our Terms of Service, so it can be updated without requiring every user to re-accept the Terms — the mechanics described below (who pays, when, and how) are what's binding.
Pet Owners
You pay exactly the caregiver's listed rate, plus any disclosed surcharges shown on the booking screen before you confirm (such as holiday or travel surcharges). WinniePaws does not add a separate fee on top of your total.
Caregivers
WinniePaws keeps 15% of the booking price as a service fee; you receive the remaining 85%. This is deducted before payout — the amount you see reflected in your earnings already accounts for it.
Payouts are initiated 48 hours after the service period ends.
Other Charges
A non-refundable profile review fee is not charged to caregivers signing up. If this ever changes, this page will be updated first.
