Opting out of third-party advertising cookies will not eliminate ads but will make them less personalized.
Under certain privacy laws, including those in California and other U.S. states, sharing some of this data with third parties may be classified as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. For more details, see the "Your Choices" and "California and U.S. State Privacy Rights" sections.

If we transfer information from the UK, European Economic Area (EEA), or Switzerland to countries that the European Commission has not deemed to have adequate data protection, we rely on legal mechanisms such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to help safeguard your rights. For more details on the SCCs, please click [here].
Access, Portability, Correction and Deletion
You can view, update, correct, or remove certain personal information by logging into your account on our website or mobile app and navigating to the "Profile" or "Account Settings" section. For further assistance, visit our Help Center.
If you want to permanently delete your account or cannot access certain data using the options above, you can submit a request through the "Rights" tab in our Privacy Management Center. If you're unable to access this center, you can contact us using the details in the Contact Us section. Requests may be denied if they violate legal requirements, impact another individual's privacy, are not legally mandated, or if we are unable to verify your identity.
Location Data
When you install or open one of our mobile apps that collects location data, you will be asked to consent to this collection. Certain features require precise location tracking, so declining access will prevent you from using those features.
If you previously granted location permissions, you can disable this at any time through your device settings. However, doing so will limit the functionality of some app features. You can also stop location tracking by uninstalling the app from your device.
Emails
You can manage your preferences for marketing emails from Winnie Paws by adjusting your "Notifications" settings under "Account Settings" in your online profile or mobile app. If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails, you can also opt out by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email. However, even if you opt out, we may still send you service-related emails about your account or transactions with us.
Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts

Text Messages
With your consent, as required by law, we may send you service-related communications (such as security alerts, updates, and administrative messages), as well as sales, marketing, or advertising messages. These may be sent via autodialed calls, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, SMS texts, email, messaging apps (such as WhatsApp), or other electronic means to any contact information you provide, even if your number is on a national or state do-not-call registry.
You can opt out of these messages by following the instructions in a message or updating your "Notifications" settings under "Account Settings" in your online profile or mobile app. Keep in mind that processing your request may take some time, and if you are a Service Provider, some Pet Care Services may require service-related text messages. If you wish to stop receiving these, you must not only update your notification settings but also discontinue providing the related services.

Certain privacy laws define "sale" broadly, which may include some of the data sharing described in the "How We Share Your Information" section. Browser and Platform Privacy Controls
- Cookie Settings: Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can adjust your settings to delete or block them. Keep in mind that rejecting cookies may impact certain website features and services. Additionally, deleting cookies may erase stored preferences, including advertising settings, requiring you to reconfigure them. For more details on managing cookies, visit our Privacy Management Center or review our Cookie Policy.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): Some browsers and extensions support GPC signals, which indicate your preference to opt out of certain data processing, such as targeted ads or data sales, where legally applicable. If we detect a recognized GPC signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect it in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Do Not Track (DNT): Some browsers offer a DNT setting that signals websites not to track your activity. Unlike GPC, there is no standard interpretation for DNT, so our website does not respond to these signals. Instead, you can manage your data preferences using GPC, cookie settings and advertising opt-out tools mentioned above.
- Mobile Advertising ID Controls: Both iOS and Android devices provide settings to limit tracking or reset advertising IDs, allowing you to manage personalized ad preferences.
Email Web Beacons
Most email programs allow you to disable automatic image downloads, including web beacons, which helps prevent automatic connections to external servers that host these images.

If UK or EEA data protection laws apply to the processing of your personal data, you have additional rights beyond the controls listed above:
- Access and Correction:You can request access to or corrections of your personal information.
