WinniePaws Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

WinniePaws Website/App and your data

WinniePaws Website/App is a facebook login application which offers login through Facebook for your convenience. In accordance with Facebook policies, we are required to provide a Data Deletion Callback URL or a Data Deletion Instructions URL.

If you’d like to remove your activity associated with the WinniePaws app from your Facebook account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy, then click on Settings.
  2. Navigate to “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you have linked with your Facebook account.
  3. Locate and click “WinniePaws” in the list, or use the search bar to find it.
  4. Click on WinniePaws, scroll down, then select Remove.

This disconnects WinniePaws from your Facebook account. You will no longer be able to log into WinniePaws with Facebook. It does not delete your WinniePaws account; to do that, follow the steps below.

  • Meeting legal obligations or responding to valid requests from public authorities.

What Information We Collect

To enhance your experience and provide personalized services, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, physical address, and booking details (excluding payment card data).
  • Usage Data: Pages you visit, links you click, and general browsing behavior to help us better understand your preferences.
  • Technical Data: Information such as your IP address, device type, and browser, used to improve website performance and security.

How to Delete Your WinniePaws Account or Data

We respect your right to control your personal information. To ask us to delete your WinniePaws account and its data:

  1. Log into your WinniePaws account.
  2. Open your dashboard and go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”.
  4. Confirm your request.

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some records are kept where the law requires it — for example, payment and booking records are kept for 7 years. See our Privacy Policy for details.
